3.3. If a flight becomes unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to find alternative arrangements. Additional costs may apply and will be your responsibility.

4. Hotels

4.1. Hotel reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
4.2. In the event a booked hotel becomes unavailable, we will attempt to provide a comparable alternative. Any additional costs incurred will be your responsibility.
4.3. We are not liable for any changes in hotel amenities, services, or policies.

5. Travel Packages

5.1. Travel packages are subject to the availability of all included components (flights, hotels, activities).
5.2. If any component of a travel package becomes unavailable, we will offer alternative
options. Additional costs may apply and will be your responsibility.
5.3. We are not responsible for changes made by third-party providers included in travel packages.

6. Changes and Cancellations

6.1. You may request changes or cancellations to your booking, subject to the policies of the service providers and any applicable fees.
6.2. We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee for processing changes or cancellations.
6.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the service providers’ policies.

7. Travel Insurance

7.1. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as cancellations, medical emergencies, and trip interruptions.
7.2. It is your responsibility to ensure the insurance policy meets your needs.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the unavailability of services is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
8.2. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits or lost opportunities.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions.
